Through exploration and practice, we will discover the best tools to get you where you’d personally like and need to be. My goal is to teach you how to accomplish your needs and cement them into your body so you can independently thrive in any movement practice and in daily life.
We will build a personalized movement recipe with specific measurements of different movement techniques including breath work, Pilates, Yoga, rehabilitative, strength training, and restorative practices. Annie is influenced by her professional dance background and over 20 years of professional training and experience.
