BLOSSOM CRAWFORD

Blossom Leilani Crawford is the owner and director of Bridge Pilates in Brooklyn, New York. She is known for her playful and powerful teaching methods, which she developed during the seventeen years she worked with Pilates Elder Kathleen Stanford Grant. A venerated teacher, Kathy was one of only two people to personally receive her Pilates teaching certification from Joseph Pilates himself. Blossom's current work is a blend of her own considerable experience, Romana's more traditional set of training methods, and Kathy's flexible and demanding style. She is known for her ability to seamlessly integrate Pilates lineages as the situation demands, and for her insight into Kathy's work. The diverse stylistic approaches Blossom can access on the spot has made her a sought after Pilates instructor throughout the United States and abroad.

MOLLY LOVELL

Molly is a second-generation classically trained Pilates instructor who combines foundational Pilates with a contemporary approach. As a life-long athlete from soccer to gymnastics, kickboxing to weightlifting, she’s seen her fair share of injuries. Molly fuses her personal and professional knowledge of rehabilitation with a keen eye for movement to create an individual experience for her clients. “My approach is always, how can Pilates best serve the body in front of me?”  Molly is also a Level 4 certified MELT Method instructor.

SAM WILDBORE

Originally from the UK Sam found her way to Pilates in 2016 whilst living in Miami. She was initially attracted to the method as an effective form of exercise and the welcoming community it provided. On a deeper level she discovered the movement patterns improved her health, helped her manage her Type 1 Diabetes and offset some of the effects of rheumatoid arthritis.

Classically trained, through Core Pilates NYC and Classical Pilates Education, she likes to weave in modern twists and turns. Her passion for Pilates has grown to the extent that her husband complains she talks about nothing else and forces him on the Wunda Chair at every opportunity. Furthering her knowledge, satisfying her curiosity and the desire to improve client sessions means she takes as many workshops as she can fit in. Sam fully intends to hold onto her English accent, having lived in Hong Kong, Singapore and the US.

YUKO KODAMA

My background is in Ashtanga yoga. I have been teaching and practicing for over 25 years. Age and injury brought me to Pilates ten years ago. I enjoy helping people feel grounded and strong in their bodies using breath, intuition and understanding of anatomy.

My approach to Pilates tends to be mindful and I look for symmetry and balance in energy and strength in my clients.
